To be able to participate in the courses and collect equipment, you will definitely need a valid ski pass, which you can use to access the gondolas, lifts, and slopes. You can get a valid ski pass at regular prices from our offices located in the stores of MALISPORT.
Please make sure to visit our offices in MALISPORT stores in Oetz on the day of your arrival. There you can obtain tickets for classes and rentals, as well as purchase ski passes. MALISPORT OETZ | A-6433 Oetz.
Proof of age with photo ID (passport, national ID card, etc.) is mandatory for all reduced-price tickets (children, teenagers, and seniors).
EVERY OFFER OR BOOKING IS BASED ON THE INFORMATION AND DETAILS PROVIDED BY YOU - PLEASE VERIFY THE SERVICES FOR ACCURACY.
Reservation without payment can be made through the booking portal or via email/phone. A down payment of €50 per reservation is required and can be made by bank transfer to IBAN: AT35 2050 2000 0088 2704, with the reservation/booking number indicated. There are no charges for the beneficiary. Alternatively, a payment link can be sent via email to info@malisport.at for convenient online payment. For the remaining balance, only cash payment (except for ski passes) is accepted on site. Alternatively, the rest of the payment can be made by bank transfer, with the option of receiving a new payment link if needed. The remaining payment must be made no later than 1 week before arrival.
For cancellations of already booked ski or snowboard courses/private lessons/rentals/lift passes & activities up to 14 days before the start, a general processing fee of €30 per booking/order applies. For cancellations from 13 to 5 days before the start, there will be a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the respective course price (minimum €40), plus a general processing fee of €40 per booking/order for other activities and lift passes. For cancellations from 4 days before the start, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the course price (minimum €70), plus a general processing fee of €70 per booking/order for other activities and lift passes. If booked with cancellation protection at €5 per participant (private lessons per day), no fees will be charged if the cancellation is made by 1 pm, two days before the start of the course/activity.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the MEETING POINT for the courses is directly in the Hochoetz ski area at the MALI MEETING PLACE, below the Panorama Restaurant (right next to our ski school office). PLEASE HAVE YOUR VALID COURSE TICKET READY THERE. To participate in the courses, you definitely need a valid ski pass so that you can use the gondola lifts, lifts & slopes. The meeting point for all courses is about 10 minutes before the course starts at our meeting place.
The units for group ski lessons typically take place from 10:30 to 12:30 and/or from 13:30 to 15:30. (2 or 4 units depending on the type of course booked) Start times for private lessons - While desired lesson times can be noted, they cannot be guaranteed 100% due to dynamic course planning just before the start. (Teacher cancellations, levels, language, etc.). However, we will make every effort to accommodate each customer's request, ensuring that at least the start times will be in the desired half of the day.
CANCELLATION PROTECTION!
Optionally, there is also the possibility to purchase a cancellation protection for €5.00 per participant (private courses per day).
This means that no cancellation fees will apply if the cancellation is made no later than 1:00 pm, 2 days before the start of the course/service.
The ski pass for Hochoetz is automatically valid in Kühtai as well. Age categories are as follows: SnowKids including year of birth 2017 and younger; child prices for year of birth 2016 until including year of birth 2010; youth prices for year of birth 2009 until including year of birth 2005; and senior prices including year of birth 1960 and older.
